I know hulu has Coffee Prince, which is AMAZING. I think hulu's partnering with dramafever, which is a licensed, legit site for kdramas, so you can count on good quality video and subs. They're pretty new, though, so their selection is limited. There are a number of streaming sites for j-, k-, c-, and twdramas--mysoju.com and dramacrazy.net are the largest, since they don't host videos themselves but link to other locations. There are a number of places on LJ to download--see my profile. If you're wondering what to watch, [livejournal.com profile] rainscene is a good place to start for picspams and hilarious commentary. dramabeans.com does a lot of episode recaps (kdramas only), and my out-of-date drama post is here (http://timeripple.livejournal.com/97453.html#cutid1/).
