Actually Waiting for God isn't terribly soap opera-ish, although it does have its moments. I always end up feeling sorry for Geoffrey (Tom's son), even if he is an idiot obsessed with shelving. Marion gets even funnier once she's converted to "New Age" philosophy...

Ack. I haven't practiced much either. Hardly at all, in fact. *looks around furtively* I, too, must figure out what to do with excess stuff now that my boxes have arrived. *gulp*
