I suspect this is a drama that required a lot of preparation in advance, what with all the song-and-dance numbers, so it doesn't have that frenzied feeling where the script's being written the day before filming. *cough* BOF, YAB, MSOAN--I'm looking at you! *cough* I'm sure there are plenty of writers who could fail a drama like this even without time constraints, though, so clearly I need to watch out for their future projects too!
Oh Jin Gook. Yeah, knowing how it all ended--I just couldn't bring myself to care. But I was really glad that he had his own thing going on, his own ambitions and issues and underwear wars opinions--his character arc was tied to Hye Mi, but didn't CONSIST solely of Hye Mi. (How cute was his last scene with the little sister? SO CUTE!)
