OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
Feb. 21st, 2006 09:22 amPlease excuse the excessive capitalization and general lack of attention to grammar, as I am in the midst of a conniption and not fully in control of my brain. One of the universities I'm looking at for a Post-Bac offered courses on Classics in cinema and a Greek course on the Pre-Socratics this year.
Of course, they will probably be doing neither of those next year. Now, there's a thought to be putting a damper on my enthusiasm. I am now crushed and will weep piteously.
Nevertheless I will still wheedle, connive, shamelessly namedrop, and generally behave unscrupulously in order to maximize the probability that I get in.
Also, I just tried to construct that sentence in Greek. Homos ... future participles...eti kunopidos... more future participles, with an ego thrown in there somewhere ... hina... Hmm. Optative or infinitive for the result clause? Both, I think. GYAH! Wish I could indicate long vowels. I know what an adverb looks like,
penguin_beta, honestly I do!
