Catching Up,

Ah, the joy of 2,006 purple plastic shot glasses. At least, I assume there were 2,006 of them. Must go on more thorough campus tour tomorrow (two weeks ago), as had to write my epics paper today (two weeks ago). Will say, however, that am sort of queen of crepe-paper banister-wrapping now. Also have finally pulled non-academic all-nighter. *ticks off list* Am not sure whether some of my longer academic evenings count as all-nighters. Ah well. Paper is done, anyway. Feasting apparently personal theme this year.
Last Friday (okay, like two Fridays ago now) my class went to our professor’s house for Persian dinner and tour. Was lovely. Despite obnoxious people, was really, really lovely.
Have now concluded that Hume wasn’t being inconsistent, he was just making fun of all the philosophers who were taking themselves way too seriously, i.e. everybody. Why, yes, I do still have one more portion of my philosophy take-home to write, why do you ask?
Also, there is nothing like a giant squid in your pond to liven up your evening... er, morning.
