I really liked Emerald House Rising, although it was pretty obviously a first novel. I am eager to read The Wild Swans, although I sort of got distracted from starting Deerskin by 1984. I also FINALLY found a used-but-not-too-battered copy of Neverwhere yesterday, which will be my airplane reading. Woo hoo, books!
