If you can manage to keep going through Dorian Gray, it will pay off, I promise. If you haven't read it before, that is, or know what happens. But even if you do know... I can still remember finishing that book. It's incredible; worthy of Edgar Allan Poe. It electrified me down to my toes, and I never forgot it. I wrote a paper senior year of high school comparing it with Portrait of a Lady, and that was the most fun I ever had writing a paper.
