I've read Sharon Penman's Here Be Dragons, and absolutely loved it. I have a whole bunch of her other books because my mom's read them all, but I keep putting off reading them. I've been a big wimp lately about reading choice, gravitating towards certain kinds of books, and away from ones that give off the "gorgeous but so much death and heartbreak" vibe. bad Kate.
