Cyllenius dragged that man, his neck having been twisted, to the lower regions out of heaven 'whence they deny that anyone returns'

Uneventful week, full of cursing and Seneca and Cicero and (unfortunately) Lucretius. Final is on Friday. My entire class is nicely in an uproar because we dorm-dwellers are being kicked out the same day we have our final (the clamor is, I suspect, not merely because this complicates post-Latin drunken party plans).

Very interesting party last Friday, involving mojitos, a Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease video, makeshift karaoke, and an IKEA catalog.

Before the party, we went out for dinner to a food-court and sat outside and listened to some guy playing some kind of Eastern European music (I think) on a violin. It was beautiful, and I was wildly jealous because I hadn’t practiced in weeks and was going insane, and we clapped loudly until he left.

Ye Olde Movie Reviewe is very boring this week. All I have to say is: I watched Saved! and rather enjoyed it. Although the main plot was much less interesting (in practice) than the Cassandra/Roland fun. I seem to have a previously-unidentified fondness for roller skates.
