Because otherwise it would last forever.
This particular February has gone by a lot more quickly than some, probably due to INSANE PEOPLE GIVING ME INSANE AMOUNTS OF WORK DUE ALL AT ONCE THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GRAD SCHOOL. I've even cut way back on my drama-watching this week.
Shocking, I know. But Sacrifices Must Be Made.
I like March better. It's pretty long too, but it has fun things in it like musical holidays and spring break and maybe even spring if we're lucky.
Really, really lucky.
Note to self: I should probably not try to "behold" The Arrival by Shaun Tan in the early hours of the morning, because the only coherent thought in my brain right now is "MEEBLE!!!!"
Mind you, that's the only coherent thought I have about that book a lot of the time. It really is just that awesome. Has anybody else read his shiny new Tales from Outer Suburbia yet? I have it and I think the level of sheer surreal awesome broke my brain.
Right, off to sleep. I need my strength for another day of hardcore competitive library-stalking.
