Instructions: List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre is, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your LiveJournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.

1. Boston Urban Ceilidh, Hanneke Cassel
2. Man of Constant Sorrow, Bruce Molsky's version because that's the one I have
3. Mutt's Favorite, ... er, somebody is borrowing my CDs right now so I can't check who wrote it.
4.The Steward of Gondor, Howard Shore and Billy Boyd (from RotK, of course)
5. She Walks In Beauty, words Byron, music Mychael Danna (from the Vanity Fair soundtrack)
6. 101 Reasons To Do Nothing, Bruce MacGregor
7. Ferryland Sealer, Great Big Sea

Er. If you want to do this one, consider yourself tagged.

I like Great Big Sea. Noones heard of them over here.

The irony is that I first heard them on somebody's iTunes at St Andrews.

ooh! I've been meaning to tell both of you: I am now a Great Big Sea fan!

erm, it happened three or four weeks ago, funny eh?

I only have the album The Hard and the Easy, but mmmm. ^_^
I'd heard various tracks whilst doing other things, over the years, but it never came to the front of my brain until recently. *roll*

I've got Road Rage, the live album, and Play. I got Road Rage when they were playing at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall supporting Runrig, and they'd set up a table in the foyer and were selling them personally, and signing them. I kind of wish now I'd got them to sign it. Oh well! The odd thing with that album is that the version they were selling over here on that trip has two General Taylors, one after the other, so one of the listed tracks is missing. An odd fault. But I like this album better than Play; it has much more energy.
