A landmark, benchmark, and milestone: I translate my first Greek bathroom joke. Why are these things funnier in Greek?
Also, I decide to get creative in the kitchen...
Me: Lessee. I made these oatmeal chocolate chip cookies over vacation... I think they had about so much flour... oops, don’t have any whole wheat flour, will have to use white... let’s try same amount of oatmeal, which if I reduce the recipe by about a third... mmm, some applesauce and honey... let’s try some salt this time... and vanilla... I feel like I’m missing something... aha, baking soda! Let’s try this much, stir like so...

Me: You know the only thing that could possibly make this even better? Frozen raspberries! I’ll just pour some in... lalala...

Me: Well, give me a haircut and call me Mulan! My ancestors are arguing over whose fault I am. Well, you know what else I happen to have lying around? Mini muffin tins!

For the record: the mini muffin tin monsters actually turned out better, probably because the mixture was sticky to begin with, and the melting frozen raspberries made it mushier. Ha!
